Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive who will support international sales by generating leads, communicating with potential clients, and contributing to revenue growth.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, nurturing prospects, and assisting in closing deals for digital marketing services.
Core Responsibility – Lead Generation & Sales Support
Identify and generate international leads from USA, UK, and other markets
Use LinkedIn, Upwork, cold emailing, and online platforms for lead generation
Connect with potential clients to understand their requirements
Schedule meetings and follow-ups with interested prospects
Support the sales process from initial contact to deal closure
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Client Communication & Coordination
Communicate professionally with international clients via email, chat, and calls
Share company profile, service details, and proposals
Coordinate with the Business Development Manager and operations team
Ensure smooth handover of closed projects
Performance & Business Contribution
Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets
Maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking sheets
Follow up regularly to convert prospects into clients
Contribute to increasing project volume and company revenue
Required Skills & Expertise
1–3 years of experience in international sales, IT sales, or digital marketing sales
Good communication and negotiation skills
Experience with LinkedIn outreach, Upwork, or cold emailing
Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Web Development, etc.)
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a digital marketing or IT services company
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking
Ability to handle multiple prospects simultaneously
