We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify, engage, and convert prospective franchise partners. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills, with the ability to build long-term business relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, digital platforms, references, and field activities.
Handle inbound and outbound franchise inquiries.
Explain the company's franchise model, investment plans, ROI, and business opportunities to prospective clients.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Follow up regularly with prospects until deal closure.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
Coordinate with the operations, legal, and onboarding teams for smooth franchise onboarding.
Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and other sales documents.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective franchise partners.
Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and franchise expos as required.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Required Skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of CRM software is preferred.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
MBA (Preferred but not mandatory).
Experience
1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Franchise Sales, Retail Sales, or B2B Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales attitude may also apply.
