Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals, and field visits.
Connect with potential customers, clients, and business partners.
Explain BankShakha's products and services and effectively pitch them.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into business.
Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience: 0–2 years
Freshers with good communication and a sales-oriented attitude can apply.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with calling, meetings
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
