Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, business directories, and other lead generation platforms.
Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and WhatsApp.
Introduce the company's products and services to potential clients.
Qualify leads based on business requirements and buying intent.
Schedule meetings and product demos for the Sales Manager.
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the CRM.
Follow up with prospects to ensure meetings are confirmed.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve lead generation and meeting targets.
Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Confidence in speaking with prospects over phone calls and virtual meetings.
Basic understanding of sales and business development.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Search, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups effectively.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Internship or project experience in sales, customer support, or business development is a plus.
Experience using CRM tools is an advantage.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or lead generation tools is preferred.
