Exhibition Executive

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner
Work Mode: Onsite (Only Face To Face Interview)

Job Description

ARB Accessories Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Exhibition Executive to plan, coordinate, and execute exhibitions, trade shows, and events related to EV, lithium battery, and electronics products. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end exhibition activities and ensure strong brand presence at events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events

  • Coordinate with event organizers, vendors, and stall designers

  • Manage stall setup, branding, and product display

  • Coordinate logistics, material dispatch, and on-site arrangements

  • Support sales team during exhibitions for lead generation

  • Manage visitor data and post-exhibition follow-ups

  • Prepare exhibition budgets and expense reports

  • Ensure brand guidelines and marketing standards are followed

Requirements

  • Graduate in Marketing, Event Management, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in exhibitions / events / trade shows

  • Strong coordination, communication, and planning skills

  • Willingness to travel for exhibitions and events

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in EV / electronics / manufacturing industry

  • Knowledge of stall fabrication, branding, and event logistics

  • Basic understanding of sales support and lead management
