The primary role of a Pre-Sales Executive is to generate, qualify, and nurture leads for the sales team by interacting with prospective customers and creating interest in real estate projects.

Generate leads through calls, digital platforms, references, campaigns, and databases
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally
Understand customer requirements including budget, location, and property preferences
Explain project details, pricing, offers, and amenities to potential buyers
Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture prospects and increase conversions
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team
Maintain and update lead records in CRM software
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for lead conversion activities
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and follow-up targets
Build strong customer relationships to improve engagement and referrals
