Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our real estate sales team. This role is ideal for people who aspire to build a long-term career in real estate sales and customer relationship management. The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling client interactions, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales closure process while maintaining high service standards.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage and respond to inbound customer inquiries through walk-ins, calls, and digital platforms
• Present and explain residential/commercial property offerings, including pricing, amenities, and payment plans
• Coordinate and conduct property site visits, ensuring a professional customer experience
• Follow up with prospective clients to understand requirements and move leads through the sales funnel
• Maintain accurate client records, follow-ups, and status updates in CRM systems
• Assist senior sales managers in negotiations and deal closures
• Support marketing campaigns, property launches, and on-ground promotional activities
• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business
• Stay informed about project updates, market trends, and competitor offerings
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Graduate / Undergraduate from any discipline
• Freshers encouraged to apply; prior sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work on weekends and attend site visits as required
• Basic proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
