Cosma Fertility is an IIT Bombay-incubated women's healthcare startup in Noida. Our product, FertiGen, is India's first non-hormonal fertility support product, currently in clinical trials with 90+ doctor partners.

Role
Own the digital sales pipeline, from the moment a lead arrives on WhatsApp, Meta Ads, Instagram or our website through purchase and repeat-cycle retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to WhatsApp leads within 15 minutes and qualify them based on their fertility journey

• Book teleconsultations and doctor consultations

• Follow up with inactive leads and handle objections with empathy

• Drive second-cycle conversions and retention

• Keep the CRM updated in real time and review the pipeline daily

• Share weekly conversion reports and give lead-quality feedback to the marketing team

Requirements

• 2–4 years in digital sales, inside sales, tele-sales or lead conversion

• Proven record of converting warm leads into customers

• Comfortable selling primarily through WhatsApp

• Strong CRM discipline and a numbers-oriented approach

• Empathetic communicator

• Fluent Hindi and conversational English

• Preferred: Healthcare, wellness, D2C or EdTech background
