We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional to lead and drive the overall sales strategy in the real estate vertical. The candidate will be responsible for revenue generation, team leadership, and business expansion.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets

• Lead and manage a large sales team across multiple projects

• Drive revenue growth and ensure consistent sales performance

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners

• Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

• Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams for lead generation and conversion

• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service

🔹 Key Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (mandatory) Director / Vice President (Real Estate Sales)

• Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

• Experience in handling HNI/UHNI clients is a plus

• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
