Home Loan Sales Officer – Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate leads for Home Loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other financial products.

• Source customers through field visits, builders, connectors, brokers, and referrals.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Explain loan products and guide customers through the loan process.

• Conduct market surveys and promotional activities.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.

• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.

• Complete customer KYC and documentation.

• Maintain daily sales reports and follow-up records.

• Develop channel partners and DSA networks for business generation.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

• Lead generation and field sales experience.

• Customer handling and relationship management.

• Basic knowledge of Home Loans / Mortgage products.

• Ability to work under targets.
