Area Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retail stores, and key business partners.

• Identify new business opportunities, expand market reach, and increase product visibility.

• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, monitor competitors, and gather market feedback.

• Manage channel sales effectively, ensuring proper product availability, stock levels, and merchandising at retail outlets.

• Support dealers and distributors in achieving their sales targets through follow-ups, training, and business development.

• Organize product demonstrations, promotional campaigns, and local marketing activities to improve customer engagement.

• Coordinate with the retail team, promoters, and sales executives to ensure product knowledge and selling skills are up to date.

• Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and market reports for management review.

• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any issues related to product delivery, installation, or after-sales service.
