Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic professional to bridge the gap between sales and client operations. This is a "mixed-role" position that requires a candidate capable of driving revenue through telecalling while managing critical client data and payment follow-ups with high integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Telecalling: Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to prospective clients within the real estate industry.
End-to-End Client Interaction: Manage the relationship from initial inquiry through to service delivery and post-sales support.
Payment Coordination: Proactively follow up on payment milestones and pending invoices to ensure healthy cash flow.
Lead Lifecycle Management: Use the CRM to track every interaction, ensuring no lead or follow-up is missed.
Candidate Requirements
Industry Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of core experience in the Real Estate industry (Sales or Telecalling roles).
Language Proficiency:Must be fluent in English and Hindi. The ability to speak Marathi is a significant advantage.
Soft Skills:
Negotiation: Proven ability to handle objections and close deals or secure commitments.
Multi-tasking: Comfortable switching between aggressive sales calls and organized administrative tasks.
Resilience: A positive attitude toward cold calling and persistent follow-ups.
