Job Description

We are urgently looking for Tele sales Executive location based at Delhi/NCR

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products and advertising packages.
Generate leads and fix appointments for field sales teams when required.
Convince businesses to register or advertise on Justdial platforms.
Maintain customer database and follow-up records.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Build and maintain positive client relationships.

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle pressure and sales targets.
Fluent in Hindi and/or English.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Qualification

Minimum: Graduate preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Experience

0–3 years in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or sales.

Salary (Typical Range in India)

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
