BPO Telecaller – TS Realtors (Gurugram)

TS Realtors is hiring BPO Telecallers to join our growing team. The role focuses on connecting with potential clients, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships while supporting the company’s sales growth.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹21,000 + Incentives
Location: Gurugram

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate new leads.
Identify and research new client opportunities in the market.
Build strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
Promote company services and explain property offerings to clients.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Track daily calling reports and provide feedback to management.
Stay updated with market trends to improve customer engagement.

Job Requirements

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: 6 Months – 5 Years (BPO / Telecalling / Sales experience preferred)
Good communication and convincing skills
Strong interpersonal and customer handling abilities
Basic computer knowledge
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
