Bpo Team Leader

Role Overview

The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of Relationship Managers who engage with and manage POSP (Point of Sales Person) Partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers.

• Drive team performance against activation and sales targets.

• Monitor and improve partner on-boarding and engagement activities.

• Ensure effective management of POSP relationships and business generation.

• Support the team in resolving partner queries and operational challenges.

• Maintain high standards of productivity, quality, and process adherence.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Motor Insurance is mandatory.

• Candidates with prior team handling experience will be preferred.

• Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.

• Target-driven with the ability to drive business outcomes.

• High-performing individual contributors with leadership potential may also be considered.
