Hiring Alert – Associate (Outbound Voice) | Banking Sector

Position: Associate – Outbound Voice (Sales/Lead Generation)

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to generate leads and promote banking products.
Cross-sell products like Credit Cards & Insurance.
Handle customer queries and provide product information.
Build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers or candidates with 6+ months of BPO/Tele-sales/Customer Service experience can apply.
Good English communication skills.
Strong sales and interpersonal skills.

Salary:

Freshers: ₹18,000/month
Experienced: Up to ₹26,000/month
Insurance Sales Experience: Up to ₹35,000/month (Thane)
