The Associate Agency Business Manager (AABM) plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective recruitment, development, and activation of agency partners. This role blends sales leadership, people development, and operational excellence to build a high‑performing agency channel.
The AABM supports the Agency Manager in expanding the distribution network, enhancing agent productivity, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Identify, attract, and onboard high‑potential Business Associates and insurance advisors.
Support new recruits through structured induction and early‑stage handholding.
Ensure Business Associates understand company products, processes, and expectations.
Drive sales targets through the agency channel by enabling Business Associates to recruit and activate advisors.
Collaborate with agency teams to implement effective sales strategies.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
Support the team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals.
Provide ongoing training to Business Associates and advisors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
Conduct regular coaching sessions to enhance selling skills and productivity.
Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Business Associates, advisors, and key partners.
Motivate and guide the team to maintain high morale and performance.
Act as a bridge between the company and the agency network to ensure smooth operations.
Support the Agency Manager in daily business operations and reporting.
Ensure timely submission of documentation, adherence to processes, and compliance with regulatory norms.
Track performance dashboards and drive corrective actions where needed.
