Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and sell assigned real estate projects/properties.

• Generate leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and other channels.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.

• Conduct property presentations and site visits.

• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Negotiate and assist in closing property deals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processing.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Good follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.

• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.

• Real estate sales experience will be an added advantage.
