Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – DSA Channel (Home Loans)

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Mumbai / Pune / Gurgaon
Reports To: Regional Sales Manager

Job Overview:

The ASM – DSA Channel will drive home loan sales through Direct Sales Agents (DSAs). The role involves recruiting, training, and managing DSA partners, generating leads, ensuring smooth loan processing, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through the DSA channel.

• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage DSA partners.

• Build strong relationships with DSAs to drive consistent business.

• Support lead generation and improve conversion rates.

• Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.

• Provide regular performance and sales reports to management.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in home loans/financial services sales.

• Experience managing DSAs or channel partners.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

• Good knowledge of home loan products, processes, and regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
