Role Overview
The Area Sales Manager – Project Sales will be responsible for driving business growth through the PMC (Project Management Consultant) channel, institutional clients, and specification sales. The role involves engaging with consultants, architects, developers, and contractors to secure product approvals and generate project-based business.
Key Responsibilities
1. PMC & Consultant Engagement
Develop strong relationships with PMCs, architects, structural consultants, and specifiers.
Ensure product specifications and approvals in upcoming projects.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Track tender updates and project pipelines through PMC networks.
2. Institutional & Project Sales
Identify and secure large-scale residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Drive institutional sales through builders, developers, and government bodies.
Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Coordinate with contractors and purchase teams for smooth execution.
3. Channel & Market Development
Develop and expand the PMC / Institutional sales network within the assigned territory.
Map key projects and stakeholders in the region.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 5–10 years in Project Sales / PMC Sales / Specification Sales (Building Materials preferred)

PMCs
Institutional Sales
Consultants & Architects
Builders & Developers
Strong understanding of project sales cycle in construction industry
Technical understanding of building materials is preferred
