We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations within the Pune region. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maximizing market penetration for our wealth management and financial distribution products (including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, and insurance), and mentoring a team of high-performing sales professionals. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the local financial landscape, strong team management skills, and a proven ability to build and expand distribution networks with channel partners and independent financial advisors (IFAs) to achieve regional business targets.
