Area officer

We are looking for a Area Officer to join our team at Paragon Scm Private Limite. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business from OEMs, automotive, and industrial customers.

• Promote PP/HDPE boxes, pallets, containers, and packaging solutions.

• Handle customer visits, enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.

• Coordinate packaging trials, deliveries, and customer requirements.

• Monitor packaging asset circulation, returns, billing, and collections.

• Maintain sales reports, customer records, and sales pipelines.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging, automotive, or logistics.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
