Visit customers near assigned branches/banks to explain and promote Oro’s gold loan products
Convert company-provided leads into customers
Assist customers in completing their gold loan requirements
Verify customer KYC documents as per company process
Accurately appraise gold ornaments using touchstone, acid, and saltwater methods
Identify gold purity, stone deductions, brittleness, sonority, and other quality checks

Skills Required

Good communication and customer handling skills
Knowledge of gold valuation and testing techniques
Ability to travel locally for customer visits
Basic understanding of KYC verification procedures

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in gold loans, jewellery appraisal, or banking sales will be preferred
Freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply depending on skills and communication ability
