Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a Admission Counsellor to join our team at at Pixeltizing Studios Private Limited. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹25000 - ₹30000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

. Lead Management: Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries; convert leads into successful admissions.

. Student Counselling: Understand students’ aspirations and guide them through suitable course options, career opportunities, and admission processes.

. Sales Conversion: Apply consultative selling techniques to achieve monthly admission targets.  Follow-Up & Coordination: Regularly follow up with interested leads through calls, emails, and messages to ensure conversion.

. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the database.

. Event Participation: Represent the institute during seminars, education fairs, and promotional campaigns.

. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to ensure a seamless admission experience for students.

Job Requirements:

. Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.

. Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a goal-driven mindset.

. Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and call handling systems.

. Presentable, confident, and student-focused approach.

. Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Education/Marketing background preferred).
