Job Description:
We are hiring a Ticketing Operations (Travel Consultant) with hands-on experience in f light bookings, reissues, refunds, and fare rules. The role requires strong knowledge of GDS systems and airline procedures, supporting both B2B and B2C ticketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle group booking requests from B2B partners (travel agents, corporates, etc.)
• Provide best fare quotes, negotiate group rates with airlines
• Issue tickets, handle reissuance, cancellations, and refunds
• Coordinate with airline representatives for seat blocks, PNRs, and confirmations
• Manage end-to-end group travel itineraries, including pre- and post-sales support
• Maintain relationships with airline partners and B2B clients
• Keep updated with airline policies, group fare trends, and industry regulations
• Generate and share reports on group booking performance and pipeline
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 2–3 years of experience in travel consulting with focus on group bookings (B2B)
• 2 -3 years of hands-on experience of GDS systems -Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple group requests and tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
