Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, handling inquiries, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up with prospective students.

• Convert leads into successful admissions by understanding their requirements.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.

• Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.

• Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for a smooth admission process.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in Admission Counseling, Inside Sales, Telecalling, BPO, or Sales.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

• Candidates with experience in the education/EdTech industry will be preferred.
