Position: Admission Counselor
Location: Noida Sector 2
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses and admission processes.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and generate leads.

• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.

• Explain course details, fees, career opportunities, and payment options.

• Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.

• Achieve individual and team admission/sales targets.

• Update candidate/student information in CRM.

Requirements:

• Graduation in any discipline.

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Sales / Admission Counseling / Telecalling / Education Sales.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Target-oriented and enthusiastic approach.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Salary: As per experience and market standards.
