Job Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses and programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls and generate admissions.
Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
Explain course details, fees, benefits, and Admission process.
Convert leads into successful admissions.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update candidate/student information in CRM.
Achieve individual and team admission/sales targets.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
6 months to 2 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Education Sales, or Admission Counselling.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
