Job Description – Admission Counsellor

Location: Noida / Delhi NCR

Experience: 1 – 5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview The UG/PG Degree Counsellor will guide students and professionals in selecting suitable undergraduate and postgraduate programs across multiple universities and assist them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students via calls, emails, and online platforms.

• Understand academic background, career goals, and preferences.

• Explain UG/PG programs, universities, eligibility, and career opportunities.

• Counsel students on course selection and university options.

• Handle queries related to admissions, documentation, and fees.

• Assist students throughout application and enrollment process.

• Follow up with leads to ensure conversions.

• Maintain CRM records and track progress.

• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

• 1–5 years of experience in Academic Counselling or Education Sales.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

• Basic knowledge of UG/PG admissions preferred.
