Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The role involves providing accurate information about courses, handling inquiries, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students via phone, email, and in-person meetings

• Provide detailed information about courses, programs, eligibility, and career opportunities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead conversion

• Maintain and update student databases and CRM systems

• Follow up with leads and ensure high conversion rates

• Assist students with the admission process, documentation, and fee payment

• Organize and participate in admission events, seminars, and workshops

• Build and maintain relationships with students and parents

• Meet individual and team admission targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred in Business, Marketing, or Education)

• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, sales, or counselling

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
