We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven HR & Admissions Counselor who will single-handedly manage all HR functions of the company while also driving student admissions for our Interior Design Institute. This is a dual-role position requiring strong people skills, organizational ability, and a sales-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources (Primary Role)
Handle end-to-end recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
Manage employee records, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and processes
Handle employee engagement activities and grievance management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Conduct performance reviews and employee evaluations
Build and maintain a positive, professional, and productive work culture
2. Admissions & Student Counseling
Handle inquiries related to Interior Design courses through calls, walk-ins, and online leads
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and institute offerings
Convert leads into admissions in a target-driven environment
Manage the complete admission process including documentation, fee coordination, and onboarding
Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and maintain CRM records
Coordinate with the marketing team for admission campaigns and promotions
Organize seminars, workshops, and open house events to attract prospective students.
