Position: Sales Manager – Gold Loan
Industry: Gold Loan / Banking / Financial Services
Experience: 1 – 2 Years
Salary: Up to 6 LPA
Location: Delhi NCR

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage Gold Loan business

• Acquire new customers and maintain strong client relationships

• Achieve monthly sales and business targets

• Handle customer queries and ensure smooth loan processing

• Coordinate with branch teams for operations and collections

• Maintain portfolio quality and customer satisfaction

Required Skills

• Experience in Gold Loan / Banking / NBFC sales

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach

• Knowledge of loan products and sales process

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year to 2 years of relevant sales experience

• Graduation preferred

• Candidates from Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services preferred
