Roles & Responsibilities

• Counsel students about courses, fees, curriculum, and career paths.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
• Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Maintain admission records, student data, and follow-ups using CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to improve enrollment outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate / Post-Graduate (any stream).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in admissions, sales, or counseling preferred (freshers may apply).
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
