Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, managing client interactions, and contributing to the overall admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a thorough understanding of the services offered by the company.
• Engage with new and existing clients through calls, providing accurate information and counselling them on suitable programs.
• Maintain and update client information in the database accurately.
• Utilize structured sales scripts to effectively handle client interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Handle voice-based processes, including calling prospective students and converting inquiries into admissions.
• Work collaboratively within the team to achieve assigned targets.
• Deliver high standards of customer service and ensure a positive client experience. • Address and resolve client queries regarding the company’s services in a professional manner.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Consistently meet individual and team performance goals.
Required Skills and Competencies:

Languages: English/ Kannada/ Hindi (Preferred Mainly)
