Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs/courses.
Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Follow up regularly with prospects and convert leads into admissions.
Explain course details, eligibility, fee structure, and career opportunities.
Maintain student records, lead status, and daily updates in CRM.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and student support.
Build strong relationships with students and provide excellent counselling experience.
