Job Description:
Italian Barista Academy - part of Correct Coffee Ecosystem, is hiring an Admission Counselor & Team Lead to own our student enrollment and manage a small sales team.
Your job:
Handle course inquiries and convert them into enrollments
Manage and train 2 inquiry executives daily
Follow up on every lead — no lead goes cold
Maintain pipeline on Zoho CRM
Hit monthly batch enrollment targets
You should apply if:
You have 2–4 years in education sales, admissions, or counseling
You have guided or managed a junior team before
You are disciplined with follow-ups and love closing
You are passionate about coffee, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
