Job Description:
We are Correct Coffee Ecosystem a premium coffee education and roasting company growing fast across India. We are hiring a Sales Manager for Italian Barista Academy to lead our enrollment sales team.
Your job:
Own end-to-end sales - inquiry to enrollment
Lead and coach a team of 2 sales executives
Build and manage lead pipeline on Zoho CRM
Achieve monthly batch filling targets
Conduct weekly training and pipeline reviews with your team
You should apply if:
2–4 years experience in institute sales, BDE, or education counseling
Comfortable managing a small team and driving targets
Strong follow-up discipline - you never let a lead go cold
Interested in coffee, food, or hospitality industry
