Job Description: UPSC Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented UPSC Admission Counsellor who can guide and counsel aspirants preparing for UPSC Civil Services Examination. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong convincing ability, and prior experience in sales or counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and working professionals regarding UPSC preparation programs.

• Explain course structure, fees, and admission process clearly and confidently.

• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.

• Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and relationship building.

• Maintain proper follow-up records and achieve monthly admission targets.

• Provide guidance based on students’ academic background and career goals.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

• Good understanding of UPSC exam pattern and preparation process.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, etc.).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales / Admission Counselling / Education Industry.

• Candidates who have prepared for any Government job (especially UPSC/SSC/State PCS) will be preferred.

• Graduation in any stream.
