*Training Counselor – Full‑Time (On‑site)*

*Location: Hyderabad,

Madhapur

*Salary:* ₹ 20,000 – ₹ 30,000 per month (based on experience) + performance incentives

*Key Responsibilities*

- Deliver one‑on‑one and group counseling sessions to help participants identify career goals and training needs.

- Design and conduct skill‑development workshops, role‑plays, and mock interviews.

- Assess trainee progress, provide personalized feedback, and maintain detailed records in CRM.

- Collaborate with program managers to tailor curriculum and ensure alignment with industry requirements.

- Follow up with trainees post‑training to measure outcomes and suggest further development steps.

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

- Bachelor’s degree in , Education, HR, or related field (Master’s preferred).

- 1‑3 years of experience in counseling, training, or academic advising.

- Strong communication, active‑listening, and presentation abilities.

- Proven ability to build rapport and motivate diverse learners.

- Familiarity with LMS/CRM tools and basic MS Office.
