Designation: Business Development Executive
Job Description:
· Deep Experience in sales and business development (Enterprise Learning)
· Undertake development activities (meets, proposals, pitches), Network & build relationships with key-people, decision makers across brands and merchants to win new business
· Experience in client acquisition, client relationship development, and management & manage relationship thereon with existing customers.
· Build a sustainable and long-term business pipeline with clients- Existing & New Clients.
· Formulating business strategies and strategic utilization and deployment of available resources to achieve organizational business objectives.
· Involved in the entire marketing and sales cycle, right from prospecting, lead generation, demonstration, negotiation till the closure of the deal.
· Negotiated price and contract terms and prepared sales contracts.
· Managing customer relationships and handling customer issues.
· The Account Manager will primarily be responsible for retaining and upselling a wide range of services and solutions to existing clients and Implement Company's Account Management practices.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
· 1 to 4 years of experience in Enterprise Sales with good communication skills & positive attitude.
· Deep understanding of Infrastructure Management Systems (IMS)
· Self-motivated and possess an aggressive sales personality that helps in achieving quantitative results.
· Actively listens and seeks information, identifies customer/client need and checks understanding, builds rapport, develops relationships with key customers/clients, confident in building relationships at all levels.
· Ability to negotiate skilfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups.
· Effectively sets and achieves realistic goals, monitors own progress and assesses quality, develops and follows action plans, seeks feedback and modifies accordingly.

· This is a full-time role at our Hyderabad location
