Role:
Engage with learners, understand their career goals, and convert leads into enrollments for live industry projects offered through Qollabb.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel learners via calls, emails and virtual meetings
Convert inbound/outbound leads into paid enrollments
Follow up and close leads within defined timelines
Maintain lead data and achieve monthly targets
Requirements:
Experience in B2C / EdTech / Inside Sales / Counselling
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Target-driven and comfortable with high-volume calling
