Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for an Academic Advisor. The Academic Advisor will provide personalized guidance to students, assisting with academic planning, career counseling, and navigating college admission processes. Key responsibilities include assessing individual student needs, offering insights into suitable programs, and fostering goal-oriented academic and career advising sessions. They will also ensure students are supported at every step of their journey toward education and career success.

Experience Required: 6 months to 2+ years in EdTech, admission counseling, or related field

Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents for higher education admissions

• Manage leads and follow-ups

• Guide students with personalized admission planning

• Maintain strong communication throughout the admission process

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong counseling and sales aptitude

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Familiarity with CRM and digital tools is a plus

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling

• Expertise in Academic Advising and education-specific guidance

• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with students and parents

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple student profiles simultaneously

• Proficiency in utilizing data-driven tools and resources for advising

• Prior experience in the education or academic consulting sector is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
