We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counseling skills, be target-oriented, and be passionate about helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students about courses and career options.
Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries.
Convert leads into admissions and achieve enrollment targets.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain CRM records.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.
Provide excellent student support before and after admission.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in counseling, sales, or admissions (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
