Job Title: Academic Counsellor

Location: Sector 90, Noida

Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA

Working Days: 6 days a week

Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with the right attitude may also apply)

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our growing team in Sector 90, Noida. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students and their parents toward the right academic programs, handle enquiries with a consultative approach, and help convert interest into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents on suitable academic programs and courses

Handle inbound and outbound enquiries professionally and promptly

Convert leads into enrollments through effective, consultative communication

Maintain consistent follow-ups to build long-term relationships with students

Achieve individual and team enrollment targets

Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM

Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Prior experience in academic counselling, EdTech sales, or a related field is preferred

Motivated freshers with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply

Strong interpersonal skills with a target-driven, customer-first approach

Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools

Graduate in any discipline
