Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our
store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, strong sales performance, and
operational efficiency. This role requires expertise in team leadership, inventory control,
and in-store marketing to help scale our brand’s retail presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to maximize store profitability.
Train staff on upselling, cross-selling, and customer engagement techniques.
Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies for growth.
2. Customer Experience & Service Excellence
Ensure high-quality customer service, leading to increased customer retention.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
Implement a customer-first culture, training staff on personalized service.
3. Store Operations & Inventory Management
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Manage inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment to prevent
shortages.
Conduct regular stock audits to minimize losses and prevent shrinkage.
4. Team Leadership & Training
Recruit, train, and manage store associates and supervisors.
Set clear sales and service KPI targets for the team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching for staff improvement.
5. Visual Merchandising & Promotions
Maintain store layout and visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.
Plan and execute seasonal promotions, in-store events, and product launches.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local store marketing activities.
