Job Description – Executive | Bakingo

Department: Operations
Location: Kothrud, Aundh, Hinjewadi, Chinchwad, Wakad, Pune camp

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store/FC operations and ensure smooth functioning.

• Handle order processing, inventory management, and stock reconciliation.

• Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders.

• Maintain operational hygiene, cleanliness, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with delivery partners and internal teams for smooth operations.

• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational guidelines.

• Maintain daily MIS reports and operational records.

• Support the Center Lead/Shift Incharge in achieving business targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.

• 0–2 years of experience in retail, warehouse, Q-commerce, or operations.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
