· Drive the sales budgets and sell thru for the assigned brands
· Provide feedback on product performance of the previous season to the relevant stakeholders
· Adhere to the retail SOPs, retail standards, floor hygiene standards and processes for the store (including omni channel SOPs and processes)
· Implement and maintain the planogram as per the defined guidelines
· Receive, maintain and handover stock as per the defined process
· Take required actions to control shrinkage and damage as per defined norms
· Implement the recommended actions with reference to fast moving and slow moving ranges
· Adhere to the defined standards of customer service
· Communicate the marketing promotions as per defined guidelines
· Share feedback on the marketing promotions for necessary actions
· Provide support to the floor staff to deliver on the job
