Job వివరణ

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Assistant to manage day-to-day operations of our plywood retail showroom. The candidate should have prior experience in a ply/laminate/hardware store and be capable of handling customers and stock efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend walk-in customers and explain ply, laminate, and board products
Assist customers in product selection as per their requirements
Maintain stock records and monitor inventory
Coordinate with suppliers and delivery team
Ensure proper display and cleanliness of the store
Prepare basic bills, challans, and order details
Support the sales team in closing retail orders

Eligibility & Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in ply/laminate/hardware retail shop (mandatory)
Minimum 12th pass
Basic knowledge of plywood brands, grades, and sizes
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
Basic billing and record-keeping skills

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary (as per experience)
Stable job with long-term growth

Working Days:

6 days a week
