Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Greet customers warmly and provide expert product knowledge to help them make informed purchases.
Sales Generation: Meet and exceed daily/monthly sales targets through upselling and promoting store loyalty programs.
Transaction Handling: Efficiently process payments, returns, and exchanges using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Store Maintenance: Maintain visual merchandising standards by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and keeping the sales floor clean.
Inventory Control: Assist with receiving new shipments and performing regular stock counts.
