Relationship Executive/Sr. Relationship Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible to build excellent customer relationship.

Understand the needs of inbound/Outbound/Walk-in Customers and approach them appropriately to meet their requirements.

Ensure customer retention and renewal of membership by providing effective customer support services.

Responsible for the upkeep of the retail.

Handling sales cash as per process and generating Pay in slips on receipt of payments and uploading the challan on the retail interface to support reconciliations.

Ensuring timely opening and closing of the outlet and keeping it operational during functional hours

Striving to achieve set revenue targets.

Ensure profile completeness of registered customers.

Understand the needs of inbound/Outbound/Walk-in Customers and approach them appropriately to meet their requirements.

Must be Graduate.

Must have experience in Telesales.

Must have good communiation skill.
